Initially it was formed in 2015 as kanyakumari District Centre and Inaugurated on 27-11-15. On that day Er.G.Sivasubramanian, B.E.,FIE was nominated as the Founder Chairman and Er.V Sivathanu pillai, B.E FIE was nominated as Founder Hon.Secretary.
